Download a release, unpack it in your web root, and follow the four-step installer. Ordinary shared hosting is enough — there is no build step on the server.

Which version this documents
Section titled “Which version this documents”These pages document ShopClass 6.2.0. Where a feature arrived in that release — selling credits and charging for listings, and letting users download a copy of their own data — the page says so.
If you are on an older release, most of this still applies: the admin panel, the extension API and the CLI have been stable across the 6.x line. Check updating before assuming a feature is missing rather than just switched off.
